Hotel Alameda, Highline New York

Fantastic restaurant with excellent service, delicious food, and cocktails. Kind and professional concierge who promptly reimbursed me. Cool looking place, but rooms need upgrading.

Very helpful staff. Cleanliness and newness of the hotel and room. Good quality bedding, bathroom fixtures, and toiletries. Location right next to the Highline in a prime area of the city. Equidistant from downtown and mid/uptown.

The hotel was small, I loved its nice staff and rooms.

The hotel was in a perfect location, I loved inviting room and courteous staff. They made my stay very good. Next to a museum and a gallery. Apart from that, Rockefeller Center was 15 minutes' drive away.

I stayed at a hotel located near the Whitney museum, which was convenient for exploring the art scene in the area. The hotel offered a unique experience with its rooftop bar where I enjoyed breathtaking views of the skyline. The rooms were well-designed, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Additionally, the discounted parking nearby was a great amenity.

The reception took quite a long time to check me in, causing a delay during my arrival.

The food as well as the breakfast were really very good.

one is hardly ever in the hotel during the visit of such a city. equipment therefore sufficient. bed very comfortable despite mattress on the floor.

queensize bed was enough but only one duvet is not enough. sink is extremely small. in the shower there is no removable shower head or rain shower.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and made our stay enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and had a unique design with a comfortable bed on a platform and a cozy beanbag chair. The shower was good and offered privacy, even though there was a peephole. The food and drinks at the hotel were excellent, and we especially loved the rooftop pool.

The treatment of the staff leaves much to be desired. I tried to do an early check in and I literally waited in the lobby for four hours. In all this time, there was not a single person who came to see if everything was okay or at least try to get me assigned a room as soon as possible. Once in the room, the air conditioning was making a horrible noise that did not allow for rest.

The hotel is conveniently located close to The Shed concert venue at Hudson Yards and Times Square. The roof top restaurant provides a nice view of the city. The small platform bed is unique and adds to the industrial chic vibe.

The lack of surfaces to place items off the floor can be inconvenient.

hotel is beautiful in design! rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable in design and a dream. pool area has just been renovated during my stay, i have also noticed other renovation work in the hotel. means that the hotel is currently being renovated, is now partly necessary.

sink in the bathroom is too small - if you use it, you always risk flooding the bathroom. location is unfortunately suboptimal (unless you are only interested in the surrounding galleries). it is always quite a distance to get to the busy part (where you find shops and restaurants, etc. of the city. the hotel does offer bikes - but this costs $14/day/bike - other hotels provide bikes for free. especially in this location. would be desirable, because if you are cycling... situation is not so bad anymore, because you can get to the busy parts faster,

the studio suite was spacious and comfortable, with a huge bed and bath. the roof bar offered a lovely atmosphere and a great place to relax and enjoy the views. the staff were friendly and the youthful vibe of the hotel made it easy to connect with fellow guests.

There were a few aspects that I didn't enjoy. the driver shuttle service to the airport was late and very unfriendly.

I also appreciated the attentive bell staff/porter and wake up service. The amenities were top-notch, including heating and air conditioning, free toiletries, flat-screen TV, and telephone. The restaurant had delicious continental breakfast, along with a bar/lounge area that served a great selection of drinks. The staff were always on service and attentive, especially the manager who could find where the other member of staff had left my luggage.

My fiancé and I loved this place! We just wanted to get away for a few days. From the moment we walked in, we were kindly greeted. The upper floor room was amazing - comfy, chic, clean, and modern. The bed and pillows were extremely soft, and the bathroom was spotless. The staff was attentive and made sure we enjoyed our stay. The restaurant served delicious food, and the breakfast was adorable and tasty. The hotel spaces and room were nicely styled, and the daily community activities were a great idea. We will be coming back!

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
